This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when you use the mobile application Furnace Match: Heat Puzzle (the “App”), distributed on Google Play under the package name com.furnacematch.game.

1. Overview

By installing or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version will be available at the URL you provide in Google Play Console. Material changes may be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.

2. Information that may be processed

Depending on which features you use, the following categories of information may be processed (not all apply to every user):

• Technical and diagnostic data — such as device type, OS version, advertising identifiers (where allowed by your system settings), and usage or crash-related data (including through analytics).
• Advertising-related data — when ads are shown, partners (such as Google) may collect or process data under their own policies to deliver and measure advertising.
• Google Play Games services — if you use Play Games features (for example achievements or leaderboards), Google processes data as described in Google’s terms and policies for those services.
• Local data on your device — progress, preferences, and similar information may be stored locally on your device (for example via the app’s local storage mechanisms).

3. Purposes of processing

• to provide the App and core gameplay;
• to improve stability, quality, and feature usage (analytics);
• to show advertising and measure ad performance, where applicable;
• to operate Google Play Games features, if you use them;
• to comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-party services

The App may use third-party SDKs and services, including:

• Google Firebase Analytics — usage analytics. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) — advertising. See Google’s policies for advertising products.
• Google Play Games services — game services provided by Google.

These providers process data as independent controllers to the extent needed to provide their services. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.

5. Internet and offline use

Core gameplay may be available without an internet connection. Some features (such as ads, analytics, Play Games services, or downloading resources) may require a network connection and communication with the services listed above.

6. Retention and transfer

Data collected by third parties may be processed on servers in various countries according to their policies. Local data remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear the App’s data in your device settings.

7. Children

The App is not intended to collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law (including Google Play requirements if the App is designated as child-directed). If you believe we have collected a child’s information without appropriate consent, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it where possible.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port certain personal data. You can also use device and account settings, for example:

• reset or limit the advertising ID in Android settings;
• manage ad personalization in Google settings;
• manage your Google account and Play Games settings.

9. Data deletion requests

This section applies to Furnace Match: Heat Puzzle by Vadym Semakov (Google Play package com.furnacematch.game).

How to request deletion or help with your data

1. Email vadym.semakov@gmail.com with the subject line “Furnace Match data deletion request” (or clear equivalent). In the message, describe your request (for example: delete any information you hold about my use of the App, or confirm what you process).
2. We will respond with practical steps that apply to your situation. We do not operate a login or cloud save server for the App; most gameplay data lives only on your device.

Data you can remove on your device (immediate)

• Local App data (progress, preferences, display name stored in the App, wallet state on device, etc.): on Android, open Settings → Apps → Furnace Match → Storage and tap Clear data / Clear storage, or uninstall the App. This erases locally stored App data on that device.

Data held or processed by Google (we do not control these systems)

Firebase Analytics, Google Mobile Ads, Google Play billing, and Google Play Games are operated by Google. Retention and deletion for those services follow Google’s policies and tools. You can review Google’s privacy resources (for example Google Privacy Policy) and use your Google Account controls (including My Activity and ad settings) where they apply.

What we retain

We do not maintain our own database of App users tied to your email from inside the App. After you contact us, we may keep a minimal record of the correspondence only as needed to process your request or meet legal requirements, then delete or minimise it when no longer needed.

10. Security

We use reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
